I gotta love myself

























There was a time when I loved working out. I could run 5 miles, lift weights - my days were spent at the gym- after work - two hours straight - and at 6am on the weekends.

I was in the best shape of my life. Maybe not the standard size that some people would prefer - but I was healthy. I've gained back the 45lbs that I lost - the weight I gained in college - I lost that weight and I gained self-comfort and love for my body. I treated my body like a temple.

I aim to get back to that place - I'm the type of person that needs to have accountability in order to do anything. Here's the beginning of a journey I've been on before and a little sound track to get me there. More of these will come - depending on my mood and the type of workout I'm doing.
